In the first section problem, problem sentence, sub-problems, aim of the research, importance of the research, limits and definitions take place. The second section consists of conceptual framework and researches. In the third section search model, universe and sample group, collecting and analysing data are mentioned. In the fourth section there are findings and comments that are created as a result of transferring the data into the tables. And at the fifth and final section discussions, results and reccomendations take place. 3660 teachers working in Uşak province in 2014 – 2015 academic year are generating the research universe of screening model. The sample group is 344 secondary school teachers. Simple random sample method is employed for the research. The data has been collected by using "Organizational Narcisism Scale" and "General Self-Efifacy Scale". In order to test the convenience of scale dimensions to the sample group confirmatory factor analysis has been used and with the data gained the scales have been confirmed. In the analysis of data arithmetic average, one-way analysis of variance, and pearson product-moment correlation coefficient have been used. According to the research results teachers perceive their schools' organisational narcisisism level in medium level. Although teachers' opinion about their schools' organisational narcisisism level doesn't change meaningfully in terms of their gender and their length of working at the same school, it changes in terms of their seniority and the number of teachers at the same school in some dimensions. Besides that teachers' self-efifacy perceptions are in high level. Teachers' self-efifacy perceptions change in terms of gender in "beginning" dimension, but they don't change in terms of seniority, the number of teachers at the same school and their length of working at the same school. There are meaningful positive and negative correlations between organisational narcisisism and teachers' self-efifacy perceptions at schools according to teachers' opinions.
