The effects of time management to the workers' performance in organizations

In this survey, the effect of time management to the workers? performance is examined in the companies. The data collected with interview from 300 workers.The two incomplete surveys have not been evaluated and tne analysises have been made according to 298 surveys. The application performed to evaluate the effect of time management in organizations to the workers? performance inculude eight sectors. %9.4 of the interviews have been made with the firms in shopping sector, %10.1 of the interviews have been made with the firms in health sector, %10.1 of the interviews have been made with the firms in education sector, %16.4 of the interviews have been made with the firms in telecommunication sector ,%17.1 of the interviews have been made with the firms in travelling and public transportation sector, %15.8 of the interviews have been made with the firms in building sector, %11.4 of the interviews have been made with the firms in consulting in education, %9.7 of the interviews have been made with the firms in security sector. The conbach Alpha reliability values have been calculated 0,75 for the scale of ?time managament? and 0,844 for the scale of ?performance evaluation?.The results of the survey shows that the performance criteria mostly affected by time management is workers?s level of knowledge. It is followed by their look-general body care and performance of obeying office rules. It is observed that as a result of workers?s problems with time management, the level of their computer knowledge changes in a negative way, workers?s attention to personal care decreases and it gets harder to obey office procedures and rules.Keywords: Time Management, Performance Management, Organization
