Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and intentions to quit job on municipality workers. In this context, data were collected from 182 employees working as civil servants in a Metropolitan Municipality. Scales of Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship and Intention to quit job were used in the inquiry form in the study as a tool of collecting data. As a result of the study; The relationship between Organizational Commitment and Intention to quit job is negative. There is no relationship between Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Intention to quit job. Emotional Commitment from Organizational Commitment and Normative Commitment positively affected the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. It was determined that Emotional Commitment from Organizational Commitment negatively affected the intention to quit job.
