Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effects of working conditions of the pilots on quality of life are examined. Working conditions are an functionality that helps individuals to balance work and life. Adjusting these conditions in a way that does not create a sense of burnout in employees raises various responsibilities to the organizations. In this way, in addition to the literature review for those who have been expressed, it was ensured that the working quality was improved with the application. In order to determine working conditions, pilots of 18 different airline companies were interviewed. At the end of the study, based on the basic component analyzes, differences were found in the competencies of the institution's employees, their satisfaction with the lives of the participants, their stresses, their professional competencies and their thoughts on occupational safety. At the same time, it is seen that the participants have a strong direct relationship with the time they spend in the profession and the time they spend. As it is understood from the statements of the participants, it is seen that the professional burnout of the people who have experience in the piloting profession is reflected in their satisfaction with their personal lives. It was determined that the marital status and gender of the participants did not have a significant effect.
