Abstract (EN)

This study aimed to investigate the effect of infusion of morphine on various parameters in scoliosis surgery. ASA I-II, 40 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Standard induction of anesthesia was performed in both groups. Group M was maintained with propofol 50-200 mcq / kg / min, morphine 0.5-2.5 mcq / kg / min, Group R propofol 50-200 mcq / kg / min, remifentanil 0.1-0.3 mcq / kg / min infusions BIS value of 40-60 and mean arterial blood pressure of 60-70 mmHg held by adjusting the applied doses of the infusion. In both groups, patients with a mixture of 50% O2, 50% N2O Ppeak <30 mmHg, 35-40 mmHg ETCO2 PCV-VG mode of ventilation provided shall be kept. Patients were tested time to wake up, wake up test before and after systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressure (SAP, DAP, MAP), heart rate (HR), postoperative side effects, extubation and length of stay in the intensive care unit, tramadol and needs additional hypotensive agent, somatosensory evoked potential (SSEP) data were evaluated in terms of anesthetic agents, exposure and cost criteria. In our study, the comparison between the groups before and after wake up test, SBP and HR was significantly lower in group m. Wake up test time was significantly shorter in group r. There was no significant difference between the groups in terms of side-effect profile. Extubation time was significantly shorter in group r. There was no difference in length of stay in the ICU. Postoperative analgesics and addition hypotensive agent need were significantly higher in group r. Dissatisfaction of SSEP data was significantly higher in the group of r. Cost was found to be significantly lower in group m. With all of this data; infusion of morphine can be used as an agent of alternative to remifentanil in spinal surgery. Key Words: Remifentanil, Morphine, Weak up time, Scoliosis surgery
