Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to dec the relationship between psychological perceptions of contract violation and anti-productivity behaviors of bank employees employed in Antalya province. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with a sample group of 276 people using the survey technique. The content of the questionnaire used in the study includes two scales and questions aimed at measuring the demographic characteristics of the sample. In the study, t-test and ANOVA test were performed to determine whether the variables of psychological contract violation perception and anti-productive behaviors differed according to the demographic characteristics of the individuals. In addition, correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed to decipher the relationship between the sub-dimensions of the variables. In the study, a 9-item scale developed by Robinson and Morrison (2000) and adapted to Turkish by Salha, Cinnioğlu and Yazıt (2016) was used to measure individuals' perceptions of psychological contract violation. A 19-item scale developed by Bennett and Robinson (2000) and translated into Turkish by Öztürk (2015) was used to measure the level of individuals exhibiting antiproductive behavior. The scale in question consists of two decimals: antiproductivity behaviors among individuals and anti-productivity behaviors towards the organization. As a result of the analyses conducted on both scales, it was determined that the validity and reliability values were appropriate. As a result of the research, it was found that there is a positive relationship between the perception of psychological contract violation and dec-productive behaviors and their sub-dimensions. Within the scope of the research, it was found that there is a significant effect of psychological contract violation perception on the individual's anti-productive behavior. Keywords: Psychological contract, psychological contract violation, antiproductivity behaviors
