The interest sent in the provisions of the religious politicy in the era of the Rashidun Caliphets

This thesis includes the information that religious policy provisions, which came up in the period of Rashidun Caliphets, are established in principle of sent interest. In this aspect, the thesis consists of the parts; introduction, three parts and conclusion. In the introduction, we mentioned the aim, the importance and the method of the thesis and the studies made about the subject. We explained the resource value, the criteria, the sections, the degrees of sent interest and what is implied by it in the first part by expanding the term 'sent interest'. By approaching the term religious politics, we elucidated its place and importance in Islamic law, its connection with legal evidences and the legitimacy of the provisions given according to religious politics in the second part. Thus, what the concepts mean are as important as methodology in analyzing legal texts correctly. In the third part, we examined the resource value of sent interest for the provisions of political events that occured during the period of Rashidun Caliphets.The administrations and provisions of Rashidun Caliphets as president have had a great role in the formation process of Islamic law. In order to better understand the early period, the examination and evaluation of the precedents made during the period of Rashidun Caliphets are of great importance. At this point, we tried to reveal that Rashidun Caliphets jurisprudence according to their own political view of that time and that they study the principle of interest in this providence.
