Özet (EN)

The goal of this study is to investigate the links between AMH, insulin resistance, and a few molecular markers in women who have had abortions. Additionally, prospective abortion risk factors are being investigated in relation to insulin resistance indicators, as well as the assessment of insulin concentration during fasting. The results of the current study found no association between AMH and HbA1c. Due to the fact that AMH is mostly generated in the granulosa cells of preantral follicles and tiny antral follicles, the notion that aberrant insulin action is connected with granulosa cell dysfunction has been advanced. All of these findings raise the likelihood that both insulin and LH have a direct influence on AMH production, or that both insulin and LH contribute to ovarian androgen secretion, which is consistent with previous findings. In this study, only baseline serum FSH was shown to be significantly linked with AMH in abortion patients, compared to the other indicators examined. This discovery leads to discussion regarding the possibility of AMH acting as a direct regulator of FSH sensitivity in certain individuals. In addition, using linear regression analysis, it was discovered that HbA1c was a predictor of hypercholesterolemia, LDL-C, and TG in the blood, it can be concluded that HbA1c can be used as a simple and reliable marker of insulin resistance in women with low due to high insulin sensitivity.
