In today's developing world organizations, aiming to be powerful and successful, need to integrate with their employees. They can only achieve this goal by empowering the support to communicate. The burnout levels of the employees, which have an important effect of the faith of the organization, became a major field of interest. Burnout syndrome is a statue, which is common in employees who face with extensive emotional feelings due to their work, and have symptoms such as physical exhaustion, long-lasting tiredness, hopelessness and desperation and it also causes unwelcomed types behavior both towards to the job and other people. Nowadays, many people (mainly health employees) suffer from this syndrome and have these types of problems in their careers. The case of not being able to create solutions pushes the employees to become isolated. The individual feels meaningless and hopeless and becomes unresponsive to other incidents, and then he or she faces burnout. The aim of this study is to identify the level of burnout of health employees and reveal the effects of this concept on role itself, role ambiguity and organizational support. The study also aims to explain the effects of burnout on communication means. This theory of the study tries to explain all of these concepts in detail.
