Abstract (EN)

Today, we encounter with the concept of stress in multiple areas of our lives. This term is often associated with negativity and considered as the reason for the nuisance which are experienced. Stress is observed to be especially affecting people's mental health and sometimes along with their mental health, their physical health as well. Disposal of these negative impacts is possible via first of all will and effort of individuals and in some cases with the help of professional assistance. This assistance is carried out by a scientific mission which is known as stress management. As part of our topic, the importance of stress on employees in general and it's importance on health workers in particular are being mentioned. The level of satisfaction of employees in workplace is called job satisfaction. A number of factors should be combined together in order for job satisfaction to be actualized. Stress is one of the most important factors which effects job satisfaction. Hence, the affect of the term stress on job satisfaction forms the body of our topic. Stress management in workplaces is an essential and crucial matter. Stress management has great importance when it comes to the performance of employees as well as it enables the business to gain profit from this productiveness at a maximum level. In section 1, the concept of stress, reasons and consequences are addressed. As for section 2, things to do in order to cope with stress are explained under the title Stress Management. In section 3, job satisfaction, its importance and varieties are mentioned. In last section, the topics of stress in health workers and job satisfaction are issued.
