Glass ceiling sydrome that women have in management of health institution

The career barries that women encounter,discrimination in work life are the significant factors preventing fameles advancement in business sector.It causes glass ceiling syndrome in women's works. This study based on literature review. Discriminaiton in work life causes glass ceiling sydrome for fameles who works.In this time the glass ceiling fact is one of the most important obstructions in advancement for fameles.It comes up in many business sectors.Especially we have this in many health institutions that have females labour something should be done in order to reduce effect of glass ceiling syndrome to business life of females. And in business sector the prejudices against women should be changed.
