Abstract (EN)
This research examines the relationship between organizational culture, organizational learning and organizational innovation in health sector using survey method. The use of rituals, symbols, beliefs, and values of the personnel and expected behavior rules constitute the culture of the organization. Organizational learning is the sum of the operations by the organizations to form cognitive methods to understand the shape, property and results of the experiences of the organizations. Another concept that arises is organizational innovation. This concept is defined as the experience of expanding into new markets and developing new products by the unification of the strategic features of adaptable attitudes. Due to the success of the organizational culture and organizational learning, change becomes inevitable for organizations. Organizational innovation concept helps the organization to overcome this change process with minimal damage by making it more efficient. In fact, organizational culture and organizational learning reinforces and activates innovation. The results of the study show that, in health industry, there is a positive and significant relation between the organizational culture, organizational learning and organizational innovation and its components.
