الِإمَامُ صَلاحُ الدِّينِ العَلائيُّ وآراؤُهُ الأُصوليّةُ في كتابه المجْمُوعُ المُذْهَبُ في قَواعِدِ المَذْهَبِ / Salah al-Din al-'Ala'i's judegment of fundamentalist (In his book of al-Mecmu'u'l-Muzheb fi Kavaidi'l Mazhab)

The scholar of Hadith and the Islamic jurisprudent Salāhuddīn Khalil Alā'ī is one of eighth century AH. Scientists who combined between origins and consideration, the reported and the reasonable. His great efforts in the science of Hadith have attracted the consideration of the predecessors and the successors. However, his views in jurisprudence weren't given the authentic studying and research. His precious book (al-Mecmūʻu'l-muzheb fī kavāidi'l-madhab) came as a witness upon the importance of coupling the point of view with the origins. Throughout that book, The Imām Alā'ī's superior scientific ability to dive into the depths of Islamic jurisprudence's basics and branches. Therefore, this thesis is to extract his views and juristic choices. The content of this thesis is the following; An introductory, two chapters and a conclusion, in addition to appendices. As for the introduction, it is divided into two parts; the first part contained the problematic issue of the research, its main objectives, importance, methodology and the previous studies. The second part contained acknowledgement of the Imām Alā'ī, his life, scientific personality, and his book (al-Mecmūʻu'l-muzheb fī kavā'idi'l-madhab). The first chapter is to state Imām Alā'ī's juristic views relating to Islamic juridical rules and juridical evidences. The second chapter deals with his opinions and juristic choices regarding the semantics of words, diligence, tradition, and his most important views about contrariness, preponderance of evidences and abolishment. The conclusion is to reveal the most important results.
