Sanayi şirketlerinde kar maksimizasyonu sağlamada tam zamanında üretim sisteminin etkisi

The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of Just-in-Time Production system application on maximizing profits in companies in Sulaymaniyah. Questionnaire technique was used as the data collection method in the study. The statistical population of the present study was senior managers and experts of industrial companies in Sulaymaniyah with 20 industrial units, that according to the target community of the research, are 100 persons. Krejcie Morgan table was used to determine the sample size, which 80 people were determined. In order to select the samples, 5 questionnaires were distributed to 16 companies by simple random sampling. The tool for collecting data was a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed. Finally, 62 completed questionnaires were returned. A Regression test by SPSS software was applied for analyzing the data. Based on the results, it was found that all four components of the JIT system, namely, JIT Purchasing, JIT Operation, JIT Customer, and Kanban, are used to a high extent by companies. Findings revealed that the JIT system has a significant impact on corporate profitability. It was further found that the JIT system predicts 66.4% of changes in financial performance, 19.5% of changes in cost reduction, and 30.2% of changes in waste reduction. According the results of this research, managers and experts can improve the company's profitability by using the JIT system.
