Abstract (TR)
Bu çalışmada, UNIDROIT ve AB düzenlemelerine uyumun sağlanması amacıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu'nda düzenlenen sermaye piyasası araçlarını konu alan teminat sözleşmeleri incelenmiştir. Finansal teminat düzenlemeleri, karşılaştırmalı hukuk çerçevesinde ele alındıktan sonra, Türk hukukunda sermaye piyasası araçlarını konu alan teminat sözleşmelerine ilişkin düzenlemenin esasları analiz edilmiş ve tartışılmıştır.
