Özet (EN)
This research aimed to explain the mediating role of subjective well-being in the relationship between organizational justice perceptions of primary school teachers working in public primary schools and their intention to leave. The research was carried out using relational survey model. The population of the research consists of a total of 5319 primary school teachers working in 182 primary schools in the central districts of Gaziantep (Sahinbey, Sehitkamil and Oğuzeli) in the 2020-2021 academic year. The research was carried out on 370 primary school teachers who would represent the universe. As a research data collection tool; "Personal Information Form", "Organizational Justice Scale" adapted into Turkish by Dağlı, Baysal and Korkut (2013), "Intention to Leave Scale" adapted into Turkish by Yapıcı (2008), and "Subjective Well-Being Scale" adapted into Turkish by Ergün and Nartgün were used. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS 22 and AMOS 23 programs. Parametric tests were used in the study because the skewness and kurtosis values of the data showed normal distribution. In the study, the relationship between dependent and independent variables was tested with Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis. SEM was used to analyze the relationships between dependent and independent variables and to test the mediating effect of Subjective Well-being. According to the research results; Organizational Justice Perception total scores of primary school teachers are at the level of "agree", their total Perception of Intention to Leave the Job is at the level of "strongly disagree", and their Subjective Well-being total scores are at the level of "often". A significant negative and low level relationship was found between the Perceptions of Organizational Justice and their Intention to Quit, and a significant positive and low level relationship between Perceptions of Organizational Justice and Subjective Well-Being. It has been determined that Subjective Well-being has a partial mediating role in the relationship between Organizational Justice and turnover intention.
