Abstract (EN)

This study investigates the intricate interplay between personnel empowerment practices and their impact on employee performance and job satisfaction within the framework of strategic human resources management (SHRM). Focused on both public and private institutions in Erbil, the research aims to provide valuable insights into the dynamics shaping organizational effectiveness in the contemporary workplace. The methodology employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data. The analysis encompasses diverse personnel empowerment practices, ranging from decision-making autonomy to skill development initiatives, with a keen eye on their alignment with strategic HRM principles. Employee performance metrics and job satisfaction indicators are scrutinized to unveil the nuanced connections between empowerment strategies and organizational outcomes. The findings of this research contribute to the existing body of knowledge by shedding light on the specific mechanisms through which personnel empowerment practices influence employee performance and job satisfaction. The implications of these insights extend to both public and private sectors, informing strategic decisions in human resources management and organizational development.
