Abstract (EN)
The phenomenon of management has been historical and universal since the world came into existence. In the light of changes and developments in the political, economic, technological and socio-cultural fields in the world along with globalization, the understanding of management is also changing naturally. The phenomenon of "change" is a universal phenomenon that does not change. Institutions and organizations need to choose a management method that will give them the ability to manage change in the face of change. From the second half of the 20th century, the concept of Strategic Management has been used, especially in the field of business and management. Strategic Management, in its essence, can be expressed as a management approach that regulates the relations of business with its environment, and mobilizes resources to ensure superiority over its competitors. In the 21st century, among the most important dynamics of national, regional and global competition between countries, educational institutions have gained priority. Good management of educational institutions and competitiveness with all other countries have become an important issue. As in the world, educational institutions among the main institutions of modern societies in Turkey have become mandatory to undergo a significant process of change and transformation, restructuring them to compete with educational institutions that stand out nationally and internationally. The positive effects of the Strategic Management Process on the development, competitiveness and performance of institutions have been scientifically demonstrated, and employee satisfaction is also considered important in this regard. By drawing attention to the importance of Strategic Management, the role of employee satisfaction in the relationship between organizational performance and organizational performance in private high school and Secondary School institutions in Istanbul will be tried to be revealed.
