Abstract (EN)

Soils are permeable materials because of the lifestyles of interconnected voids that allow the go with the flow of fluids whilst a distinction in strength head exists. Which is witnessing a large urban movement and because the permeability of the soil is one of the important factors that affect its stability facilities and due to the change in the values of the permeability coefficients from one region to another in the city of Najaf , karbala and Babylon at the same time they change horizontally and vertically in One region (from point to point), so this research dealt with finding a general situational equation to calculate the permeability coefficient for any region in a cities and at any depth.
