Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, it is aimed to obtain information such as whether there is an ethnobotanical record in the vicinity of Sütçüler district, for what purpose and which parts of these plants are used by the local people. For this purpose, ethnobotanical plants were determined between February 1, 2020 and April 30, 2021 in Sütçüler region, and the flowering, seed maturation, maturation time of these plants and the maturation time of the organs to be benefited and the regions where they grow were determined. The questionnaire forms we prepared were made one-on-one with 70 people in 20 villages, including the district center. As a result of this thesis research; It was determined that 99 plants determined belong to 52 families. The families with the most taxa are Lamiaceae, Rosaceae and Asteraaceae, respectively. It was determined that 27 of 99 taxa were used for commercial purposes. It is thought that the information obtained in this thesis will be beneficial in fields such as food, medicine and agriculture sector and may be a source for ethnobotanical studies to be carried out in the future.
