Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of supply chain and information systems strategies on supply chain performance. For this purpose, research population has been determined the first thousand exporter firms determined by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM). It was aimed to get data from all the firms, but 268 businesses responded to the survey. Data were collected by interviews with middle and senior managers with questionnaire technique. In this quantitative study, data was analyzed by SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling. In the analyzes, firstly the scales developed based on the literature was tested on businesses in Turkey with exploratory and confirmatory analyzes. After these tests, effect hypotheses and difference tests were done in the second stage. It has been found that supply chain strategies have an impact on supply chain performance and supply chain strategies have a positive effect on supply chain performance dimensions, with some exceptions. Similarly, information systems strategies have an impact on supply chain performance and information systems strategies have a positive effect on supply chain performance dimensions, with some exceptions. Analysis results show that alignment of supply chain strategy with information systems strategy can improve supply chain performance. In addition, it was observed that there are significant differences in strategies and performance factors according to business size and sector.
