Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effects of total quality management on doctor-patient performance have been identified. In order to measure the effects of doctor-patient performance various methods have been used such as surrounding, informing, cost, quality, trust, processing, access and speed.The way these factors affect the doctor-patient performance and the relation between them have been the objective of the study.In order to explain the effects of total quality management on doctor-patient performance, we have used fiducial distribution, KMO and Bartlets?s test, factor analysis, correlation analysis methods. After analysing the 8 factors, ıt has been understood that these factors have a strong and positive relation amongst eachother.
