Abstract (EN)
The research aims to investigate the effect of total quality mamagement TQM dimensions on job satisfaction and patient satisfaction was investigated and the impact of job satisfaction on patient satisfaction was examined. This research was carried out in two hospitals in Gaziantep governarate of Turkey (Dr. Ersin Arslan and Gaziantep University) and hospitals affiliated to the Turkish Ministry of Health in Aleppo, Syria (Afrin, Azaz Watan, Jerablus, and Alraee). As a result of the patient satisfaction research, there is a significant relationship between patient orientation and patient satisfaction, the dimensions of TQM, according to the employees of Gaziantep and Aleppo hospitals. In addition, according to the employees of Gaziantep hospitals, a significant relationship was found between the dimensions of TQM, the participation of all employees, continuous improvement and social responsibility and job satisfaction. According to the employees in Aleppo hospitals, there is an impact relationship between the dimensions of TQM, the leadership of the top management, the service environment and job satisfaction. As a result of the job satisfaction research, a significant relationship was observed between the dimensions of TQM, the leadership of the top management, continuous improvement and service environment and job satisfaction according to the employees of Gaziantep and Aleppo hospitals. In addition, according to the employees of Gaziantep hospitals, the effect relationship between the dimensions of TQM, patient orientation, social responsibility and job satisfaction has been determined. In addition, according to the patients in Gaziantep and Aleppo hospitals, the highest answer given to the questions of the patient satisfaction variable is the answer given instead of the hospital. This means that the hospital's location in the research sample is convenient for patients.
