TS-EN ISO 9001:2000 quality management system application and corporate performance on employee productivity effects: Eskisehir Health Management practice

Seeing the world in recent years generally accepted ISO 9000 Quality Management System Standard applied in our country under the name of TS-EN ISO 9000:2000 as well as translated into Turkish by the Turkish Standard is made. TS-EN ISO 9000 Quality Management System in our country's successful applications are available at many companies. This standard practice in recent years can be seen in public institutions. This management system has the wrong source of the public agency management, inefficiency, such as low performance will surely bring the solution is largely problemen.Especially in the last twenty years in the economic and social life of the improvements in customer preferences and the observed continuous change in the business of the competition, Businesses to understand customer needs and then to adapt to constantly changing conditions are forced to restructure.Customer concept of changing corporate employees, including services or products are affected by, and expectations that everyone customer as is accepted today, the customer satisfaction of the continuity and the organization's effective and efficient operation by enabling all stakeholders to benefit and the system of continuous improvement for the process approach and customer demand and expectations, including compliance assurance, implementation of the system results in an effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction comes to the fore in public institutions.In this study, for instance, be addressed by the Eskişehir Health Directorate carried out in the Quality Management System to study the changes and in this context the concept of Quality, ISO standards, the Quality Management System Standard, Productivity, Performance, and their relations by providing information about, Eskişehir Province Health Department employees, an area on research has been done and the survey research and the quantitative data obtained and the data obtained computer in SPSS 13.0 for Windows program in the factor analysis done by the quality management system to apply the new standards implemented the Eskişehir Health Directorate and employees on the cause of the productivity and corporate performance based on changes experienced by the changes in were placed.Keywords: Quality, Quality Standarts, Quality Management System, Performance, Performance Management
