Turkey?s North Iraq policy between 2003-2010

The thesis which is about the policy of Turkey on North Iraq deals with the dangers that became in the North Iraq and Turkey?s policy about North Iraq.Firstly it was mentioned in the thesis that the developments after the World War II. The importance of Middle East areas geopolitics and then it was dealt with reflection of the Gulf War and North Iraq. It was aimed to analyze Gulf Wars results, the politic events that concerned the basement of the thesis?s main part was shown. In this part there was an explanation about Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and Kudistan Democrat Party?s existance and development process. It was aimed to get understood the formal structure representing North Iraq today.The part analyzed the term after 11 th of September 2011. It was mentioned the developments after the occupation of Iraq by the U.S.A. In the main part of the thesis Turkey?s practical policy was shown in North Iraq and mentioned Turkey?s concerns about North Iraq.
