A quantitative examination of private educational institutions in Turkey

Education should be planned according to individual characteristics. Education, which is a period that requires continuity, is the process that defines the work done to provide visible improvements in the states and movementsof individuals. Parents decided to send their children to private education institutions as a result of the inadequacy of the education given in public schools, which act in parallel with the social state principle, and the inability to reach the level ofdeveloping technology. My research on the quantitative analysis of private education institutions in Turkey consists of three parts. In the first part of the research, Turkish education history and the definition, purpose, importance and basic principles ofspecial education are mentioned. In addition, the classification of individuals in need of special education and the population of individuals with disabilities in special education have been examined. In the second part, the history of special education institutions,their physical conditions, special education teachers and special education teacher training policies were investigated. In the third and last part, a research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of private education institutions. In the light ofthe data obtained, it is seen that the number of private education institutions has increased from past to present. It is observed that the number of educators and personnel working in private education institutions increases with the increase in the numberof private education institutions.
