Abstract (EN)

Symbiotic bacteria in eukaryotic organisms are very hostile to the organism. Host simbionous relationships were arranged obligatory or facultatively due to co-evolution. This symbiotic relationship enhances the viability of insects and provides them with a variety of useful amino acids, vitamins and a number of useful compounds. In addition, detoxification of the insecticides, the emergence of different defense mechanisms against natural enemies, such as increasing the tolerance to an important stress factor such as temperature can provide benefits. Some insects can affect their ability to carry viruses both positively and negatively. Rapid advances in molecular biology and functional genome science studies are of great importance especially in the elucidation of the insects that are harmful in agricultural products with the endosimbionts. Within the scope of the study, 6 different Sitophilus oryzae (L.) population were taken from the Plant Protection Central Research Institute affiliated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. In the case of the insect species Wolbachia sp., Rickettsia sp. and Spiroplasma sp. endosimbiont bacteria, synthetic primers and PCR method were used to determine the density. According to this; in K5 population 0% Wolbachia sp., 66,6% Rickettsia sp., 0% Spiroplasma sp., in E8 population 50% Wolbachia sp., 100% Rickettsia sp., 16,6% Spiroplasma sp., in C4 population 33,3% Wolbachia sp., 66,6% Rickettsia sp., 0% Spiroplasma sp., were found. In A2 population 0% Wolbachia sp., 0% Rickettsia sp., 16,6% Spiroplasma sp., in A3 population 33,3% Wolbachia sp., 33,3% Rickettsia sp., 16,6% Spiroplasma sp., in A6 population 0% Wolbachia sp., 66,6% Rickettsia sp., 0% Spiroplasma sp. were found, respectively.
