Societies could set up their self futures by growing well educated, well-behaved, well-versed generations. Definetely desregard and abuse of children is one of the major handicaps of well-established social future. The purpose of this work is to examine the conceptual and practical nature of sexual abuse in the context of national and international regulations. We have done some literature research and defined a lot of related resources. This study was written by synthesizing from these acquired sources and designed in three chapters. In the first part, sexual abuse against children and content of abuse were tried to be explained. In the second part a child abuse case and its criminal progression tried to analized in the context of existing regulations and laws. In the last part, the problems of child victims of sexual abuse have been metioned and some propositions to protect these children have been presented. With this study, we tried to show that sexual abuse against children is on universal problem and to exhibit inadequency of regulations on preventing sexual abuse of children.
