Abstract (EN)
Our research was done at gastroenterology clinic of yeditepe university hospital. 60 patients were selected who had one or more sypmtoms as dyspepsy,reflux or dysmotility was performed upper gastrointestinal system endoscopy resulted positive helicobacter pylori between 1.10.2014-1.10.2016.Members living with these patients at the same house were researched according the their Helicobacter Pylori positivity by using the c-13 ure breath test or upper gastrointestinal system endoscopy Our research was resulted as frequency of transmission between parents 44 (%74.58),to one kid 26 (%55.32),to second kid 9 (%45)(families with two kids). These results support helicobacter pylori transmission among family members.Our opinion is that this research should be supported by genetic analayses.
