Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis is to research the effects of Constructivist and Cooperative Learning on the 4th and 5th classes? English books. For this aim , four books, which are two for each grades, are analyzed. At the end of this research, it is concluded that the 4th and 5th classes? English books are designed according to Constructivist Learning and Cooperative Learning without using the memorization techniques. Also, it is seen that Constructivist Learning and Cooperative Learning aim to teach with visulas, awareness and fun.In this study, firstly, conceptual framework is mentioned and then Constructivist and Cooperative learning are stated. At the conclusion of the study, 4th and 5th classes English books are analyzed.Key words: Foreign Language, English, Constructivist Learning, Cooperative Learning, Coursebook.
