Tarafların yükümlülüklerinin ihlali halinde FIFA talimatı olan RSTP (Regulation on the Status and Transfer of Players), DRC ve CAS kararları konuya ışık tutmaktadır.
Turkey and Soviet Union relations during Khrushchev Era: Between conflict and collaboration
In the early 20th centuries have new beginning in the two states histories that are neighbors for centuries. The Soviet Union in 1917, the Republic of Turkey was founded in 1923. History of bilateral relations began to support each other. But when Stalin came to power and due to Soviet demands on Eastern Anatolian territory and military bases on the Straits the relations were disrupted. During this period the world was divided into two poles as East-West under the leadership of the USSR and the USA. After the Second World War Turkey had taken place with the USA in the Western bloc that could not overcome alone with the Soviet Union demands. Khrushchev had taken power with the death of Stalin and begun to criticize the Stalin's policies. In this context, Soviet Union announced that they withdrew the above-mentioned demands from Turkey in 30 May 1953. However, Soviet efforts to improve the relations with Turkey could not meet expectations that were expected because of Turkey's bloc politics for that period. In this study, under Khrushchev leadership the USSR-Turkey relations are studied in details between the years 1953-1964. Due to there were any direct diplomatic relations Soviet Union-Turkey relations are evaluated over the USSR-USA and Turkey-USA relations. Turkey has been included in the USA containment policy during this period and has been involved in the establishment of the Balkan and the Baghdad Pact. Military bases in Turkey, placing the Jupiter missiles to those bases; killing of USA's spy plane U2 that took of firstly from Turkey, Incirlik military air base, when it was spying on Soviet lands and Cuban Missile Crisis have been retaliatory factors affecting the relations negatively. Khrushchev's leadership, which is the hallmark of Soviet foreign policy in the process of 'peaceful coexistence' principle, has been reflected in the relations with Turkey, led to the normalization of relations.
Transforming NATO alliance and new defense strategies

Modern Rus demokrasisine geçisi anlama ve siyasal partiler
Russia is a unique example in the world, not only because of its history, but also because of its continuous efforts for transition to democracy throughout every phase of its history. Although this thesis, does not cover a comparative study, one should also consider Russia's history, the hugeness of the geography that it holds, and its multi-ethnic population, when considering Russia's efforts towards transition to democracy. All factors within the political life in Russia, all its political parties, including the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, CPSU after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, even the party of power at different stages of its political life, had played and do still play a significant role in transition to democracy, because of reflecting political views of Russian public. Efforts of transition towards democracy in Russia, could be underestimated, or misinterpreted, if, its history, land and multi-ethnic federative structure is neglected. Russia holds eleven different time zones. This simple example is enough to explain the land that Russia holds and how hard its transition to democracy could be. As a conclusion, Russia's efforts for transition to democracy, is incomparable to any other country in the world, so does its political parties.
Turkish-British relations in world war II: Strategies and priorities (1939-1945)
The years between 1939 and 1945 are the witness to the Second World War that was an extremely destructive experience where the world countries were subject to disintegration as the Allied and the Axis Powers. Against the rising German and Italian Fascism, the Western democracies of the Great Britain and the USA sealed an alliance with the communist Soviet Union. On the other hand, Turkey had experienced the trauma of the First World War, took on the burden of the Ottoman Empire already collapsed and made the Independence War against the invasion of the homeland by international forces. At one and the same time a Republican nation state was founded on the principles that are in line with those of the Western democracies. The Republic of Turkey was tired, not holding adequate military and economic resources and definitely decisive in not to become a party of the war, unless the territorial integrity is under threat, as she encountered the threat by the Second World War. The Turkish politics was based on the decisiveness to survive by maintaining the national territorial integrity. The USA is far from other countries and is isolated and protected against all kinds of devastation. She has enormous economic and military striking power. The Soviet Union posed a threat on Turkey from eastern and western side while Germany and Italy did so from the western and southern side. Therefore, the atmosphere of uncertainty that prevailed between Turkey and Britain betokened a course that exhibited instability in three phases in the course of the Second World War.While accepting the Western Democracy as her role model after the Turkish War of Independence, Turkey had established a close alliance relationship with Britain during the period between 1939 and 1941, then in 1941 and 1942 she first concluded non-aggression pact with the Third Reich (Nazi Germany) and got gradually closer to the fascist Germany induced by vitalization of Germany-supported nationalist and anti-Soviet movements. During that period the English politicians adopted an updated `appeasement? policy based on the principles to raise long-lasting negotiations. In third phase, comprising the period between 1943 and 1945, Turkey re-approached England in line with increasing achievements by England and the Allied Forces. At the end of War in 1945, Turkey declared war against Germany, following the insistent attitude maintained by England, in order not to be excluded from the post-war negotiations.

İran İslam Devriminden sonra Türkiye İran ilişkileri: İşbirliği yada rekabet
Iran and Turkey had ruled and had fought for the leadership of the Middle Eastern lands during the hardest years of the region. However, changing regional conditions and global political problems had obstructed these states to get that leadership and to provide a stable system. The Middle East, which lived its brightest years during the Ottoman Empire administration, had fought against rebellions, clashes and civil wars during the last period of the Ottoman Empire. On the other hand, the hegemony of Iran had not survived long. After the decline of the Ottoman Empire, Turkey has drawn a new frame for itself and after the First World War, Britain and the US had ruled Iran; however, their hegemony could not provide stability for Iran. Iran Islamic Revolution had become a new era for Iran's history and the relations between Iran and Turkey. While Iran was trying to focus on its domestic matters and its war against Iraq, Turkey was trying to be a part of the politic process in the Middle East. After the 1980's, a very new era for the relations between the states had begun. Today, there are warm relations between two sides, the basic purpose of both states is about being more powerful against each other for the Middle Eastern politics. Cold war in the Middle East: soviet interests in the middle east and the american effect
As a geographically and geo-strategically important oil-rich region, the Middle East witnessed the interest clashes of the great powers from the early times. The Soviet Union and the United States kept their everlasting rivalry going in the Middle East during the Cold War. The Soviet, as a continuation of its centuries old interests, maintained its influence in the Middle East, while endeavouring the containment policy of United States as the most powerful rival in this regard. Both superpowers, engaged in various alliances and wars, directly or indirectly, within the framework of such concepts as ideology, arms sales, energy politics and open market. Most of the alliances in the region were formed on the basis of military and economic assistance and political support. While the Soviet Union preserved its sphere of influence by means of anti-capitalism and Arab nationalism in the region, the United States took its part as the sole guarantor of the State of Israel and an ally of oil rich pro-Western dictatorships. In this regard, the Arab-Israel wars laid the basis for this superpower interest conflicts. As a result of the political polarization, the Soviet Union supported the Arabs, and the United States remains on the side of Israel, in order to preserve and expand their influence in the region. Cold War rivalry in the Middle East came to an end with partial peace between the Arabs and Israel, witnessing the United States as the winner of the rivalry, and the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991. Rising from its ashes, the newly established Russian Federation, after a short period of stagnation, continued its old interests with new perspectives to become an influential power within the region and in the world, however this time facing a more proponent United States. Turkey as a role model for the Arab awakening in The Middle East
Since the beginning of the Arab Spring, whether or not the "Turkish Model" will be the best democratic model for the countries in the Middle East has become one of the crucial discussion issues. However, it has caused misperceptions because of the misinterpretation of the model. The study claims that the full application of the "Turkish Model" to Middle Eastern countries is not possible due to cultural and political differences, however, despite these differences, the "Turkish Model" is a good alternative for several areas such as the state-religion relations, economic development and advanced democracy. Russian foreign policy towards Estonia: Cooperation or conflict?
Russia and Baltic states have been maintaining a conflictual relationship since the end of the Cold War. Having been formerly a part of the Soviet Union and regained their independence in 1991, they have been retaining their position in Russia's near abroad and sphere of influence. Therefore, they are still holding geopolitical significance for Russia. During the 1990s, Baltics set goals of EU and NATO memberships for themselves while Russia was going through a difficult transition process in the new world order that is no longer bipolar and strongly objected to Baltic states' participation in NATO. When Russia began to improve its relationship with the US and NATO after September 11, it seemed like it could finally accept the alliance's enlargement toward the states in Eastern Europe, particularly Baltics. However, in reality, NATO's decision to add Baltics into the alliance was more difficult for Russia to tolerate. Meanwhile, Russia had just begun to gain back its economic and political strength while relations with the countries in its near abroad were not going well. As there has been an important share of Russian population in the Baltic states, especially in Estonia, Russia went on intensifying its campaign to fight the discrimination against Russian minority with the intention of preventing its NATO membership due to the citizenship policy of the country. However, Baltic states joined NATO regardless of Russia's efforts and went on to pursue hard line policies against Russia in parallel with the security threats they have been perceiving following the Russia-Georgia War. As Russia was no longer in a weak position compared to its state in the 1990s, it demonstrated its great power ambitions whilst increasingly becoming opposed to the unipolar world order led by the West, particularly the US which has been aiming to assert influence in Europe through NATO. As a result, Russian foreign policy towards Estonia and Baltics as a whole is not only shaped by the mutual issues of both sides, but also shaped by the international events and a broader network of interests of great powers.

Turkey's Balkan policy after the Cold War in the context of the independence process of Kosovo
In international politics, the evaluation of a region with multiple actors such as the Balkans is only possible by means of a many-sided and comprehensive study. The truths that are encountered in relation to the Balkans are the influences of demography, geography and external forces on Balkan geopolitics and history. Kosovo is also, because of its geographical location, constituting a crucial point in the Balkans, strategically in a very important region. Because of this fact, from past to present it has become a lot of countries? interest. After the Cold War, with the help of revolutions of 1989, world witnessed the changing movements and democratization process with together the rebirth of nationalism in former communist regime of Central and Eastern Europe. Nationalism dominated the political discussion and analysis of the Balkans in the length of the time. Nationalism became an important instrument in order to activate the hostilities among the ethnic groups before and during the Balkan conflicts. However it is not the only source of the conflict in Balkans.During the post-Cold War period, Turkish foreign policy gained several new aspects and experienced significant changes. With the dissolution of the Soviet Union and breakup of the communist regimes in the Balkans, the Iron Curtain which divided Turkey and Balkan states disappeared and these developments brought out a renewed Turkish interest and connection in the region. However this early optimism gave way to stability and security concerns with the bloody disintegration of Yugoslavia and the emergence of new conflicts and wars in the Balkans. Turkey had to bring forth new approaches and policies in order to face the difficulties in this unstable geopolitical atmosphere.Kosovo issue is also a multifaceted one that has historical foundation. Considering the plans of global powers over Balkans, Kosovo issue seems likely to effect the stabilization of all Balkans, Caucasus, and the Middle East. By Kosovo?s declaring its independence the issue became more complicated contrary to come to a solution. This thesis examines the Turkey?s Balkan policy in the context of Kosovo issue with giving special emphasis to post-Cold War period and attempts to find out consequences of the Kosovo issue in international politics
