1556- 1557 (H. 963-964) dated the Ruus Book of Imperial Council (p. 1-125) text- assessment- directory

The Ruus Book of Imperial Council of Ottoman, between hijri 963 and 964, includes assignments and discharges made in different areas from top government officials such as governor, governor of a sanjak, and head of provincial treasury to low-level governors. Besides, this book consists of raises in dirliks, permissions in different topics, conversion movements and some other registrations of orders. So, in our study, it is possible to reach some important information about governmental, political, social, economic and cultural life of Ottoman Empire. In this book, between 1st and 125th pages, transcriptions of 1179 orders were made. But we didn't make do with just transcriptions; we made an assessment by using names of place and person using the records in book.
