The effeckts of the neo-liberal polices the revulation of peasantry in Turkey

Turkey is in the class of leading countries in agricultural production in terms of numerous advantages brought by its geopolitical position. Based on this fact, the development of the agricultural sector in Turkey is an issue that is as important as the development of the country's industry. The ideology of "peasantism", which has been on the main topics of the principle of populism since the establishment of the republic, and its political reflections are one of the important political motifs with political, economic and social dimensions developed in this regard. The neo liberal policies, which developed after 1980 on a world scale have led to major changes that have been effective in almost every field. Neo liberal policies, which can be briefly explained as the globalization of liberalism have built an artificial and synthetic world with the industrial revolutions that have risen one after another since the late 70s. Turkey has finally been included in this direction to which the whole world is heading, with the neo liberal policies it has oriented towards after 1980. Turkey's transition to neo liberal policies after 1980 has led to major imbalances in almost every economic, political and social field. These neo liberal policies developed after 1980 brought out neither villages with developed agricultural industry in terms of economic development nor built a village society established, specialized, and prosperous in every sense of the word in terms of social context. Furthermore, they were also unable to establish an urban society that was established, specialized, and prosperous in every sense of the word.
