Indispensable actor of foreign policy of 21. century secret services: In the scale of Middle East, the example of the secret services of usa, Turkey and Israel

Secret services had been played a key role for arranging period of Middle East region which held by developed countries as England, Germany and France at least their armed forces during the I.World War. Secret services, help to collect data, in scope of psychological operation, try to determine fragile points of adversary's in terms of ethnical, social and economic structure alongside technical data against adversary's armed forces in time of peace and in time of war. In this way, secret services try to reach datas which provide to help to fortify affiliated country's policy makers position in international field. Today, developed and developing countries' governments give importance to secret services' experiment, knowledge and achieved infos during the carry out foreign policy. In spite of there are many developed and developing countries in the world, this study limited with USA which is still single great power of the world and carry out specifically effective and proactive policy, Israel and Turkey which are claiming to regional power alongside design their foreign policy through that idea. Especially post cold war period, the transition from bipolar to single polar world, we have been witnessed to anew action of regulating in terms of Middle East centred. The evolving period of realist approach to globalization in world order, this study try to examine the diffrences of intervention methods and viewpoints of great power by the help of their secret services between USA, Israel (which see Middle East as their "promised land") and Turkey (which understand to don't walk away Ottoman balance), in detail aspect.
