It was found that the experts who worked for 5-9 years felt the sense of professional burnout more than the experts who worked for 0-4 years, 10 years and more. It has been determined that the psychological resilience of the experts who did not work in another place before working in the Legal Support and Victim Services Directorate had significant differences compared to the experts who worked elsewhere. It was found that job satisfaction and burnout levels did not differ significantly according to their studies elsewhere. As a result of the analysis made according to the titles of the experts, it was determined that the titles of the individuals had a decisive effect on the levels of psychological resilience and that pedagogues showed higher psychological resilience characteristics than psychologists and social workers. It was determined that the titles of the experts did not show a significant difference between their job satisfaction and professional burnout. According to the research, a moderate and negative relationship was found between the psychological resilience of the experts and their professional burnout levels, and a moderate and positive relationship between their job satisfaction and professional burnout.
