Amateur Turkish music chorus with voice and breathing problems solutions and recommendations

In this research, it was aimed to present the approaches related to the problems identified in the subjects who have sound and breathing education in the Amateur Turkish Music choir studies with the contributions of the choir educators and to solve the determined problems. The main objective of the thesis is to emphasize the importance of sound heating and breathing education which is practiced in Turkish Music Choir works and to present solutions and suggestions to solve these problems by determining the deficiencies seen in practice. It has benefited from the views and practices of professional choral directors, sound artists and experts, as well as literatists. A questionnaire study of 14 questions was performed in the chorists in 4 (four) separate amateur choir groups, in which the sound and breathing exercises were applied in the choir studies. The chorus was analyzed in terms of the necessity of sound and breath studies and the performance in terms of gender and age. On the basis of these results obtained in the third and last section, the chorus was informed about the protocol to be applied in the development of sound heating and breathing techniques.
