There are many aspects of Arab culture nowadays that includes information out of the framework of the mother tongue or the target language, which means that it forms a background of many humanities and professional sciences, as well as language sciences in general, and Arabic linguistics in particular. And the teacher of the Arabic language for non-native speakers is interested in providing the necessary Arab culture, to surround the students of the target language and then the culture of the life of new language; as well as its vocabulary and composition, to achieve cultural competence, instead of remaining the language performance exclusive of communication efficiency, where the cultural dimension of the highest levels Language, as culture is the language pot, and that the reaching of an advanced degree of cultural competence is one of the highest levels of language proficiency, especially with regard to the practice of social language. The aim of this study is to clarify the importance of acquiring the Arabic language teacher for the Arabic culture necessary and the effect of this in raising his educational efficiency and supporting his scientific specialization, building his personality and refining it, and the ability to examine and evaluate. In this context, the researcher has established the cultural relationship between the Arab culture and the Arabic language, the Arab culture and efficiency, the teacher's attitude towards these concepts, the theories of education and its cultural aspects and the role of the teacher in each. The average cultural level of the teacher, the advanced cultural level of the teacher, and the standards of each level. The study has also included the meaning of the cultural preparation of the teacher of the Arabic language for non-native speakers, and the criteria of this preparation to enhance the adequacy of the cultural teacher. The study has been concluded with conclusions and recommendations. To achieve the aim of identifying the reality of Arabic culture for teachers of Arabic language for non-native speakers, and to extrapolate the importance of this culture to the teachers, and the need to provide it to achieve the required efficiency, the researcher conducted a questionnaire of opinions (52) of experts, academics and directors of institutes, centers and faculty members in Arabic language education programs in Turkey and Jordan and many other Arab and foreign countries.
