Abstract (EN)
Ayla Algan, was one of the most prominent actresses in Turkish Theatre thought in the Republic Period. She was dealt the last 60 years of the Turkish Theatre with the number of art branches she deals with, language richness and her genuine style. Although there have been many interviews about her and anecdotes were handled in lessons, hers biography has been neglected and resources about her are not gathered together. This study, not only include Ayla Algan's childhood years, years of education, and the branches of art she dealt with, but also should include her teaching identity.
