Abstract (EN)
The reason for the existence of the financial system is to help find resources for investment opportunities. The components of the financial system are financial markets and financial instruments. Banks are very important institutions in the financial system. The Turkish Banking System has the largest share of the Turkish financial sector and the national financial systems in the country's economies. In addition, banks, financial system, as well as the economy can be said to be undeniable weight and power in the whole. The study is to evaluate the banking system in the world and Turkey and the variables used in the financial analysis of capital market development index is made between the years 2008-2017.
