Risk concept in the banking system, sustainability reporting applications in deposit banks

The importance of banks in financial markets has a significant place. Banks are not only seek funding by collecting surplus funds, but monitor the balance between savings and investments. The strength of the Bank's functions contributes to both shareholders and stakeholders greatly, as well as to the country's economy and industrialization. From this point of view, the development and growth of banking is of great importance for the country. In addition to providing funds, banks are also responsible for shaping money and fiscal policies, creating money and shaping income and wealth distribution. In the first part of the thesis consisting of four chapters, the introduction and the historical development of the Turkish banking sector, the definition, tasks and types in the literature are given and the banks with public capital are mentioned briefly. In the second part; banking sector on the financial fragility concept associated with the effect of increasing concentration of assessed can risk concept as the next stage of fragility, rebirth, definition, characteristics and management, again my black crises are caused by these types and the crises in Turkey were discussed. In the third chapter, banks' resources creation and loans from abroad are mentioned. In the last chapter, the sustainability reporting is taken into consideration and the history of sustainable development, its meaning in the literature and its elements are mentioned.
