Analysis of relation between obsessive compulsive symptopms and trait anger levels and anger expression styles of kidney transplant wait list patients according to socio - demographical factors

Target of this research is designation of relationship between obsessive compulsive symptoms and the anger level and the expression of anger in the patients who is on the kidney transplant list.Average age of the patients who participate in this research calculated as 55 years. When we analyse the relation of patients scores from Maudsley Obsessive Compulsive Questionnaire (MOCQ) and State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory(STAXI) (Table 2), it has founded that there is positive lean relation between trait anger subscale score and controlling, cleanness, slowness, suspicion subscales and total score; there is positive medium level relation with rumination subscale. It has been seen that there is negative lean relation between anger control subscale and MOCQ subscale, but its relation between cleanness subscale is statistically not meaningfull. It confirmed that there isn't meaningfull relation between anger out subscale and any score of MOCQ. It has been seen that is positive lean relation between anger in subscale score and controlling, slowness, suspicious and rumination subscales, but relation with cleanness subscale is not statistically meaningfull. After the examination of answers to Maudsley Obsessive Compulsive Questionnaire(MOCQ) and State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory (STAXI), answers given to MOCQ seemed more consistent against the answers given to STAXI. When we evaluate patients subscale and total MOCQ scores regarding to their gender, average inspection scores turns out as 5.0 for women against men's 2.0. It defined that females have higher inspection point at meaningfull level. Cleaning subscale score founded 6.0 for females and 4.0 males. It has determined that women have higher cleaning subscale score Other total and subscale scores of women has been seen significantly higher than men. Taking into patients STAXI subscale scores to hand, average trait anger point resulted 16.0 for males, 18.0 for females. It designated that females trait anger scores are at higher meaningfull level than males.Males have higher anger control and anger in subcale scores than females. It has been seen that anger out subscale scores similar for both genders.
