Abstract (EN)
In this study, attitude of employees towards flexible working regulations in businesses that apply flexible working methods and the effect of their attitudes on their organizational loyalty, job satisfaction, job's suitability to flexibility, their attitude towards flexible working hours, motivation and devotion to the work and also effect of job's negative effect on employee performance has been analyzed with survey method. Accordingly, survey study has been conducted on employees of companies that operate in different sectors and in which flexible working hours regulation exist. A total of 200 employees have been reached in the survey study. As a result of correlation analysis done between flexibility sub-factors in scope of the research model and employee performance, it has been seen that flexible working hours has a positive effect on employee performance respecting providing the work-life balance. In the wake of the conducted regression analysis, it has been seen that flexible working hours and employees' positive attitudes towards flexible working regulations have a direct and positive effect on organizational loyalty and increase employee performance.
