In this framework, music is a unique platform where sorrow, love and happiness turn into sounds and musical notes. It may be claimed that various types of music in various places is an effective means of communication to reflect common feelings. As it is known, education is one of the most effective processes in raising awareness, directing, changing, developing and sophisticating individuals and societies. Contemporary education is organized and realized in a framework that covers three general subject areas called science, art and technique in a certain philosophical integrity. The instruments were originally produced to accompany the human voice. With the development of instruments and musical instrument appearing as a form on its own, the words 'The most beautiful instrument is human voice' are used to express the value and beauty of human voice. When the interaction of human beings with music is firstly through the voice, extensive studies have been started on the education of sound as part of the general music education. These studies have been regularly and systematically adapted to the structure of the educational levels and voice training processes have been included in the relevant sections of the training programs.
