Abstract (EN)
This study aim to analyze certain issues of public finance and follow divergence in views about these issues that occurred in time with respect Kitab al-Amwal was written by Abu Ja'far Ahmad b. Nasr al-Dawudi which is considered as a significant example in classical period within books of haraj and amwal that constitute important part of Islamic law literature.
