Sociological analysis of business world in Diyarbakır: After 2000

This thesis evaluates the processes experienced in the historical process based on the formation and development of the business person, who is the actor of the business world and the business world in the economic sense of Turkey, through the province of Diyarbakir. The emergence of the thesis topic is the assumption that there is an organic link between the economic field and the political field. In this respect, economics and political fields in the thesis are dealt with in connection with the field of sociology. In a general sense, the thesis was created based on the view that there is an intrusive state structure in the formation of economics and classes. In this context, it deals with the processes that are particularly effective in shaping the economic situation of Diyarbakır. when The business world of Diyarbakir which handled in the study was analyzed, it studied in relation to changes in political processes. It aims to make sense of the economic and political reflections of the processes experienced after 2000 in Diyarbakir. Thus, the determinant of the political field in the business world is tried to be revealed. In this sense, the study is important in evaluating the relationship between the political field and the field of economy in sociological terms. The actors in the field of application of the thesis are people who have a say in the business world in Diyarbakır. The semi-structured interview technique was applied through the interview form with the business people in the application section. Thus, the general profile of the business world in Diyarbakır was created and the reflection of political and violent tensions on the economy after 2000 was analyzed.
