The study planned as a randomized controlled experimental study consists of 150 participants in total. Participants were given "Patient Information Form", "Kellgren and Lawrence", "Pain-Visual Analogue Scale (P-VAS)", "Fatigue Severity Scale and" WOMAC. " On the other hand, the control group was enabled to continue routine treatment and care without any intervention. If it consists of groups and is normally distributed, the Independent Sample t test from the parametric tests or the Mann Whitney U test from the non-parametric tests was used if the data is not normally distributed, but if it consists of three or more groups, ANOVA or Kruskal Wallis tests were used. It was determined that foot reflexology and knee massage performed with black seed oil in OA patients decreased the severity of pain and fatigue compared to the group applied without using oil.
