The effect of nursing care and e-mobile education given in the postpartition period on postpartition physical symptoms and breastfeeding self-efficiency

It was carried out as randomized controlled interventions study to This research has been implemented to be completed at the end and the birth age of e-mobile education occurs to young and mature self-efficacy. The data of the study were collected from patients75 women (25 home care, 25 control and 25 e-mobile training) who gave birth vaginally in a state hospital in a province in the south of Turkey and met the sample selection criteria were included in the study. The women in the home care group were given 8 home visits, and the women in the e-mobile education group were provided with e-mobile training services starting from the 1st postpartum day, with a mobile application developed specifically for postpartum care. The data of the study were collected using the Personal Information Form, the Postpartum Physical Symptom Severity Scale and the Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale (BSES). Descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Wilcoxon test, Kruskal-Wallis H test and Bonferroni correction were used to evaluate the data. Postpartum Physical Symptom Severity of women in the home care, e-mobile education and control groups at postpartum 3rd day, 1st week, 2nd week, 3rd week, 4th week, 5th week, 6th week and 7th week. It was determined that there was a statistically significant difference in terms of the mean score of the scale and the total score of BSES (p<0.05).In all the interviews, it was stated that the total scores of the Postpartum Symptom Severity Scale were the lowest and the averages of the total scores of the BSES) were the highest in the general world. In the study, it was found that nursing care and e-mobile education services provided in the postpartum period reduced postpartum physical symptoms and increased breastfeeding self-efficacy. it can be recommended to use home care and mobile health applications to reduce postpartum physical symptoms and increase breastfeeding self-efficacy. In addition, it may be recommended to conduct longer studies to evaluate the effect of the e-mobile application developed specifically for postpartum care.
