In parallel with the development of technology in the world, aiming to provide a competitive advantage in the field of marketing and service areas, companies closely follow innovative developments and adapt their services to the latest technology and offer them to consumers. Technological developments are also followed by companies operating in the logistics sector. In addition, as a result of technological developments in logistics sector, a new delivery model, named as drone technology, has emerged. The purpose of this research study is to analyze consumer informations about delivery via drones according to demographic variables and to examine the effects of environmental awareness, performance risk, delivery risk, privacy risk, innovation, delivery speed and hedonic experience seeking variables on attitude towards delivery. Statistical analyzes have been carried out by 294 data collected from the participants using the face-to-face survey method. In the research, a personal information form, in which demographic variables take place, and an attitude scale towards product delivery via drone were used. On the collected data, the analysis of the information of the participants regarding the delivery of the product via the drone with demographic variables has been done with; independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA. Statistical package program was used to perform the analysis of the research. In the analysis results, when the sub-dimensions in the scale for drone delivery are examined according to demographic variables, there is no significant difference observed in terms of gender. On the other hand, from other demographic variables; positive and meaningful results were obtained in terms of age, marital status, educational status, income and purchasing channel preference. Finally, with the attitude towards product distribution by drone; It was concluded that environmental awareness, innovation, distribution speed and hedonic experience seeking were positively and significantly correlated, and when looked at in terms of performance risk, delivery risk and privacy risk scores, the presence of a negative significant relationship has been identified.
