Abstract (EN)

This work was carried out by Enza Zaden Tarım Ar-Ge Taş. ve Tic. It was made with the large type (beef), cluster and single characteristic tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) available in the gene bank of the company. Biochemicals such as fruit skin color, pH, titratable acidity, brix, total phenolic, total antioxidant, Vitamin C, lycopene and B-carotene of the existing lines are made. In this thesis, prioritywas given to fruit quality qualities as well as is suessuch as yield, disease and pestresistance in breeding programs. It is a imedtoreveal the lines that are superior in terms of biochemical properties with quality commercial research research and subsequent breeding studies. The yields per plant of the lines used in this study varied between 1.20-5.24 kg/plant, while the average fruit weights varied between 60.22-579.5 g. In fruits, titratable acidity is between 0.21-0.56%, pH is 3.70-4.81, brix is 2.50-4.91%, vitamin C content is between 5.48-15.39 mg/100 g, lycopene amount is between 3.90-12.89 mg/100 g, B- It has been determined that the amount of carotene varies between 0.65-3.10 mg/100 g, the total phenolic content varies between 0.74-3.13 mg/g and the antioxidant capacity varies between 22.61- 67.11%. As a result of the examination of these quality characteristics, it was determined that genotypes TBT2110, TBT2115, TBT2133, TBT2147, TBT2188 were superior in terms of biochemical content. It is expected that these data will be developed with existing genetic resources and contribute to the production of new varieties.
