Abstract (EN)

In today's competitive environment, companies have to follow the changes and innovations in the sector, plan the future and constantly research in order to find themselves in the markets. In this environment, an organizational culture and R&D capacity that will support innovation is required for the realization and sustainability of innovation in companies. The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between firms' organizational culture and innovation and to determine whether the R&D capacity has a moderator effect on this relationship. The data used in the research were obtained by survey method from 335 employees in the companies operating in the medical sector in Ankara province İvedik OIZ. The research findings were reached by correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation modeling. In the findings obtained as a result of the research, it has been observed that the organizational culture has an effect on innovation. In addition, it has been determined that R&D capacity has a moderator role in the relations between prescriptive culture and hierarchy culture and product innovation.
